Once you have bought an expensive GPS smartwatch, comes the second part. Too many options and buttons and I don't have the time to read the manual. But the manual doesn't have all the answers because this is about how to navigate. Traditionally we used to have a map and a compass but now you just have a smartwatch.
In this course we will revise how to use traditional methods and learn to get the most of our gps smartwatches. These devices can help us to navigate in a sunny day but also in bad weather conditions.
This course has two parts. Firs part is a 2 hour revision class and the second part is a five hour outdoor practice.
In this course you will solve these questions:
Where to find a track?
How to know if that is the right track?
How long will it take to complete this route?
How to add tracks to your smartwatch?
How to use the app linked to your smartwatch?
Once you have answered all these questions we will go outdoors for a real day out.
